Returns and exchanges

Due to the delicate nature of Pampas grass, we can not accept returns or exchanges. In the event that your Pampas arrives damaged in any way, we will be happy to replace your items at no cost.

If your pampas arrives damaged, we will be happy to accommodate you. Please email us at hello@weheartpampas.com with your order number and a picture of the damaged item and we will quickly ship out a new set to you.

Shipping & More

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

We offer FREE shipping on all orders in the USA over $75.

Canadian Orders
Orders to Canada will ship at a flat rate of $30

Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which will then be transferred to Canadian Post.

*IMPORTANT: All of our shipments leave the United States and will likely spend time in Canadian customs once they arrive. We cannot provide any customs clearance estimates, but in most cases, shipments may spend anywhere from one to four days in customs. 

**IMPORTANT: Any customs or import duties are charged once your order reaches your country and must be paid by the recipient of the order.

Orders are shipped via UPS Ground with delivery tracking. After the product has been shipped, delivery timeframes can range between 2-4 business days.

**Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico should arrive within 3-8 business days.

We pride ourselves on our fast shipping speeds, and will try our best to ship your order within 1-3 business days.

All orders are shipped via UPS. You will automatically receive your tracking after your order is shipped out.

We are based in Southern California. All of our orders ship from our San Clemente, or Dana Point, California warehouses.

Pampas Care

Your Pampas Grass may need a few days out of the shipping box to fluff up and restore its natural volume. To speed this process up, take your pampas outside and give it a light shake/twist. Then, place your pampas in the direct sunlight. The more sun your pampas gets, the more it will restore its natural volume 🌞.

Pampas Grass is a dried flower & does not require water, so there's no need to ever water your Pampas Grass.
