Due to the delicate nature of Pampas grass, we can not accept returns or exchanges. In the event that your Pampas arrives damaged in any way, we will be happy to replace your items at no cost.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY PAMPAS ARRIVES DAMAGED?
If your pampas arrives damaged, we will be happy to accommodate you. Please email us at hello@weheartpampas.com with your order number and a picture of the damaged item and we will quickly ship out a new set to you.

Where Do You Ship?
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Due to local law, we can not ship to Hawaii.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
We offer FREE shipping on all orders in the USA.
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery tracking – 2 to 3 Business Days.
**Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will ship within 3-8 business days via USPS Priority.
Canadian Orders
Orders to Canada will ship at a flat rate of $30
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which will then be transferred to Canadian Post.
*IMPORTANT: All of our shipments leave the United States and will likely spend time in Canadian customs once they arrive. We cannot provide any customs clearance estimates, but in most cases, shipments may spend anywhere from one to four days in customs.

Receiving Your Pampas
Pampas is very delicate and requires special care when you first receive it.
When you first receive your pampas in the mail, carefully remove it from the box and inner packaging.
When removing your pampas from the inner packaging, always pull the packaging up away from the stem. Pulling the packaging down will pull on the branches of the pampas plumes and might break or bend them.
When carrying or holding your pampas, always hold it by the stems and never by the plumes.
Fluffing Up Your Pampas
Your Pampas Grass will need a few days out of the box to fluff up and restore its natural volume. To speed this process up, place your pampas in the sunlight for 30-40 minutes. Important: It is not recommended to keep your pampas in the sun for more than 1 hour as this might dry out the pampas.
You can also take your pampas outside and gently shake it. This will give the plumes for a more full look.
Caring For Your Pampas
Pampas Grass is a dried flower & does not require water, so there's no need to ever water your Pampas Grass.
When inside, keep your pampas out of the direct sunlight, as this will prematurely dry the pampas out and increase shedding.
If treated well, your pampas will last for years.
